Operations & Finance Associate (Cloud Kitchen + Executive Support)

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**About Us -**

At The Salad House, we're building a performance food brand that brings together health, taste, and energy into every bowl. As we grow our cloud kitchen operations in Gurgaon, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join us in a hybrid role spanning finance, compliance, procurement, and executive support.

**Role Overview -**

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our cloud kitchen and business operations. This role requires a mix of finance & compliance know-how, vendor coordination, and personal assistance for the founders.

**Key Responsibilities -**

1. Finance, Accounting & Compliance
- Handle day-to-day accounting, TDS, GST filing, payroll, and vendor payments
- Coordinate with CA for monthly filings and compliance deadlines
- Maintain expense records and assist in budgeting and cash flow management
- Oversee ESI, PF, and labor law compliance for employees
- Ensure documentation for FSSAI, fire, health and safety compliance is up to date

2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source ingredients, packaging, kitchen equipment, and negotiate with suppliers
- Manage vendor contracts, invoices, delivery timelines, and quality standards
- Maintain procurement inventory records and work closely with kitchen team on stock levels

3. Administrative & Personal Assistance
- Manage calendar, travel bookings, and follow-ups for the founder
- Assist in personal errands and coordination tasks (online orders, courier pickups, etc.)
- Help with document organization, filing, and keeping track of renewal dates

**Required Skills & Qualifications -**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in finance, admin, or operations roles (food & beverage industry a plus)
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or similar accounting tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and wear multiple hats

- Comfortable with both field work (vendor visits) and desk work
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail
- Fluency in Hindi and English
