Social Media Marketer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to recommend new strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Stay up-to-date with social media advertising trends and best practices, including paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and credibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
