**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients within the US healthcare sector.

2. **Product Demonstration and Consultation**:

- Deliver engaging and tailored product demos to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Address client needs and concerns during presentations to drive interest and trust.

**3. Sales Cycle Management**:

- Navigate the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while adhering to company policies and revenue goals.

**4. Relationship Building**:

- Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the client’s business challenges and offering relevant solutions.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and technical teams, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Contribute to team discussions and initiatives, demonstrating a "no ego" attitude.

**6. Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities and track progress toward targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales metrics and client feedback to leadership.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the US healthcare or tech domain.
- **Sales Knowledge**:Deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and practices.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficient in using CRM systems, presentation tools, and SaaS platforms.
- **Communication**:Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- **Organizational Skills**:Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**:Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
- **Adaptability**:Open to feedback and willing to learn and grow within the role.
- **Integrity**:Approaches work with humility, honesty, and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with the US healthcare market and regulatory landscape.
- Experience in delivering presentations and conducting negotiations with C-level executives.
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and solutions architecture.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
