**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or other graduates with GIS/ AutoCAD knowledge
- 0 - 2years experience in technical support with a proven track record in lieu of qualifications
- Strong Knowledge of Auto CAD Map.
- Proficient use of computers (MS Office, Word).
- Conscientious, attentive to detail, customer focused and organized
- Pro-active problem solver
- Excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Confidence in dealing with colleagues/clients within UK
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to support their business needs
- Enthusiastic, able to adopt a flexible approach to varying workload.

**Responsibilities**
- To provide admin/technical support to a multi-disciplinary office.
- To be a competent user of the various systems / databases / Auto CAD.
- General administration, i.e., filing and data input
- To be a team player and deliver responsibilities by meeting deadlines
- Monitor in-coming and out-going workload and inform the seniors / Team Leader of any issues.
- To liaise with the UK team on a daily basis and build up a good working relationship
- To carry out additional ad hoc activities as required by seniors / Line managers.
- To have flexibility for potentially working UK hours
- To support various Utility Solutions business units as and when required
