**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and follow-up to ensure complete resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, using the company's CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to assist customers effectively and accurately.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to address customer needs and escalate issues as required.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer interactions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and quality standards.
