Executive, Retail Advisory Services

**What this job involves**:
Proactively engage in business development & Supply activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc)
Engage in business development activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc)
These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units with Retailers / Brands / Mall owners.
Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Retailers
Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude Retail transactions - predominantly focussing on West Bengal, North East and Bihar market. This includes sourcing, executing & closing Retail Transactions.
Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction - Option Sourcing of Retail properties, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
Constant Mentoring & guiding the team. Responsible for meeting individual & team targets

Experience & Education
2 to 4 years of experience in handing Retail Transactions
At least a Graduate from a reputed college / university. MBA / Post Graduate would be an added advantage
