**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Finalization of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts
- Handling IPO / Divestment related activities and subsequent compliances & reporting
- Thorough knowledge of IND-AS
- Dealing with external agencies like bankers, merchant bankers, Lawyers, due-diligence/auditors etc.
- Managing day to day banking operations
- Preparation of budget and monitoring budgetary control
- Implementing monthly MIS reporting and reviewing & presenting it to leadership team
- Handling Statutory, Internal and tax audit
- Implementation and monitoring of SOPs for Accounts & Finance, Payroll, Treasury department
- Handling and monitoring statutory compliances like TDS, GST, Income tax, RBI etc.
- Fund mobilization including review of periodic cash flow and its monitoring
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable as per the credit policy of the Company.
- Heading Revenue Leakage & Cost Optimization

Chartered Accountant - Mandatory

10 to 15 Years of Experience.
