Conduct training sessions to enhance teaching skills and keep them updated with best practices in early childhood education.

**Classroom Management**:
Oversee the organization and management of pre-primary classrooms.

Ensure a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly environment.

**Assessment and Progress Tracking**:
Develop assessment methods to evaluate the progress of students.

Monitor and analyze student performance and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

**Parent Communication**:
Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's development, behavior, and progress.

Organize parent-teacher meetings and conferences.

**Budget and Resource Management**:
Manage resources, including educational materials, supplies, and budget for the pre-primary department.

**Program Evaluation**:
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-primary program and make necessary improvements.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with other educators, staff, and school management to ensure a holistic educational experience for the children.

**Special Needs Support**:
Identify and provide support for children with special needs or learning difficulties.

**Regulations and Compliance**:
Ensure that the pre-primary program complies with all relevant educational regulations and standards.

**Child Development Expertise**:
Stay current on the latest research and best practices in child development and early childhood education.

**Events and Extracurricular Activities**:
Plan and oversee extracurricular activities, events, and celebrations for pre-primary students.

**Record-Keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.

**Requirements for this role typically include**:
A bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or a related field.

Prior teaching experience in pre-primary education.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both children and adults.

Leadership and organizational skills.

Knowledge of child development principles.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Familiarity with educational technology and tools.

Ability to adapt to evolving teaching methods and educational trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
