**Key Responsibilities**:

- **1. Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to the Pre-primary school section, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and student welfare.**:

- 2. Curriculum Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate the primary school curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and vision.
- 3. Staff Supervision: Supervise and support primary school teachers, including mentoring, coaching, and evaluating their performance.
- 4. Student Welfare: Ensure the well-being and safety of primary school students, including managing student behavior, counseling, and supporting students with special needs.
- 5. Communication: Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and students, including regular updates on student progress and school events.
- 6. Assessment and Reporting: Develop and implement assessment and reporting procedures, ensuring that student progress is accurately measured and reported.
- 7. Resource Management: Manage primary school resources, including budgeting, inventory, and facilities management.
- 8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other school leaders, teachers, and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective whole-school approach.
- **Requirements**:

- 1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- 3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- 4. Knowledge: Knowledge of curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation; understanding of child development and learning theories.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
