Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Mandatory)
  • Master's degree in Education (preferred)
  • E.C.C.Ed (Early Childhood Care and Education) – Mandatory

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pre-primary/early childhood education

Age Criteria:

  • Above 35 years

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all academic and administrative activities in the pre-primary section
  • Guide and support teachers in curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and classroom management
  • Ensure implementation of child-centric teaching practices and activity-based learning
  • Conduct regular observations, provide feedback, and arrange training sessions for teachers
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and management
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards

Salary: As per experience and qualifications
