**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Maintain all Production planning & activity.
- Responsible for nutrition addition, harvesting, washing, homogenization, spray drying, packing.
- Shall maintain compliance as per SOP, Quality Policy and compliance in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation within Production department.
- Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
- Shall ensure the Qualification of the equipment and utilities related to Production department are performed and recorded with report.
- Shall responsible to ensure that approved procedure available in the plant
- Responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record.
- Shall Communicate & Implement change as have directed through change control procedure.
- Responsible for reporting Deviation, Out of Specification, and Non-conformance to Quality Assurance Department and shall involve in investigation and for implementation of corrective action
- involve in the Market Complaint investigation
- Shall maintain training system in Production department as per SOP for existing and new employees
- Shall responsible to coordinate with other departments well in advance for smooth operation of the production activities.
- Responsible for coordinating with Engineering & Maintenance Department for successful implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance program as per the schedule.
- responsible to coordinate with Engineering & Maintenance Department in case of major breakdown and initiating Corrective Action and Preventive Action where appropriate.
- Shall responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.
- Shall coordinate and communicate management regarding human resource requirements.
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour.
- Shall responsible to ensure Health & Safety compliance in Production department.
- Responsible for Audits of regulatory & certification bodies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
