We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Restaurant Captain** to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the waitstaff, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Greet guests, manage seating, and address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure food and beverage service meets quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor table turnover, maintain smooth dining room flow, and assist with order-taking and delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to uphold service standards.
- Manage guest reservations and optimize seating arrangements.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine pairings and dietary restrictions.
- Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
