**Position: Dental Clinic Doctor (Female Only) Qualifications**:

- **BDS with at least** **3+ years of experience running a dental clinic.**:

- **Ability to independently manage and run a dental clinic**:

- **Thorough understanding of the role and responsibilities associated with running a dental clinic individually**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including diagnoses, treatments, and follow-ups
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct thorough examinations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information
- Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and protocols
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staff coordination, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient care

**Requirements**:

- Valid dental license and necessary certifications
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current dental practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing patient data
- Demonstrated accountability and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and treatment techniques

**Note**:

- **We offer competitive compensation with commissions.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
