We are seeking a qualified and skilled **Facial Aesthetician Doctor (BDS/MDS)** with hands-on experience in facial aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for delivering safe, ethical, and result-driven cosmetic procedures while educating and building trust with clients. This role is ideal for young dental professionals who are passionate about the world of aesthetics and are looking to grow with a high-end clinic brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct facial aesthetic consultations and assess client concerns.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Skin Boosters, Chemical Peels, and Laser treatments.
- Customize treatment plans and explain procedures, expected results, and post-care.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
- Maintain detailed patient records and photographic documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Collaborate with the marketing and telecalling team for treatment awareness and follow-ups.
- Build strong client relationships through professional and empathetic communication.

**Requirements**:

- BDS or MDS from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in facial aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology (clinic or medspa setting preferred).
- Certified training in Botox, Fillers, PRP, or lasers is a strong advantage.
- Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centric, ethical, and professional approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
