**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and exceed sales targets.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor sales team performance, track progress against goals, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Training**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- **Own Car Requirement**: Utilize personal vehicle for business travel as required, including client visits, sales meetings, and industry events.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record in hardcore sales, with at least 4 years of experience in sales management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for business travel.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
