We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Customer Support and Relationship Manager. Your main role will be to assist key accounts and customers and help property owners use our dashboard services, address end-user concerns, and coordinate support team/electricians when needed.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer support by answering questions and solving problems.

Assist property owners in setting us a dashboard for their properties and after sales support for products.

Help users in installing the app, register and log-in. Address any concerns or issues raised by guests and give solutions.

Coordinate with other teams to arrange support for property sites when necessary.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude to build positive relationships.

Problem-solving abilities to help customers effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software, electricity usage and dashboard.

Ability to coordinate and manage support services for customers.

**Education and Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in Business/ B. Tech in Electrical related field.

1-2 years of experience in customer support/operations roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
