- Experience in automating Oracle PeopleSoft activities
- Good scripting skills using Linux shell, Oracle SQL and/or other automation tools
- Minimum of 10 years experience for senior resources
- Minimum of 6 years experience for intermediate level resources
- The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:

- Oracle database
- Experience with Ansible or other automation technologies
- Required Soft Skills:

- Willingness to learn on the job and adjust roles as required
- Customer facing experience and oral communication skills
- Support of a diverse workplace
- Ability to write documentation & reports
- Creativity/ ability to find innovative solutions
- Conflict management & cooperation
- Desirable certifications:

- Oracle PeopleSoft and People Tools certifications
- ITIL Service Management intermediate or expert
- Prince2 foundation
