We are seeking a Peoplesoft Administrator to join our IT HR Augmentation team in Malad, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Peoplesoft environments across development, testing, and production systems. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in Peoplesoft administration, who enjoy troubleshooting, performance tuning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

As an Peoplesoft Admin, you will:

  • Manage Peoplesoft environments, including application and database servers.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of Peoplesoft applications.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Implement security, patching, and hardening as per best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and support teams for seamless deployment.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Provide on-call support for production incidents and participate in maintenance activities.

Must-Have Skills:-

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience in Peoplesoft Administration (HCM, FSCM, or relevant modules).
  • Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft architecture, components, and workflows.
  • Experience with database management (Oracle SQL or MS SQL).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and server issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

  • Experience with Peoplesoft upgrades and patching.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware related to Peoplesoft.
  • Exposure to automation and scripting (Shell, PowerShell).
  • Prior experience in banking, insurance, or BFSI domains.
