Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborates with information technology (IT) and business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end technical solutions.
- Performs complex coding to written technical specifications.
- Tests the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans.
- Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects while raising issues as appropriate.
- Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist and performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
- Solves complex defects that arise through own work or the work of others.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Job Requirements:

- Have working experience of 3-6 years as a Scrum Master in an IT Software program/project Hands on experience of conducting all the agile team ceremonies like Daily Scrum call, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning and Grooming, Inspect and adapt, etc.
- Have key attributes of Scrum Master Role like: Strong problem solving skills, Servant Leadership, Conflict Management, Good Communication skills, team player, coaching, mentoring team members
- Should keep the necessary tool (JIRA) hygiene for the team. Should work in close connection day in day out with the team troika - Product Owner and the Technical Lead Should be Agile Scrum certified and excellent understanding of agile framework, its principles, values.
- Strong understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align. Should work hand in hand with Release train engineer If knowledge of SAFe framework and Flow Framework, will be an added bonus.
