As a Gainsight Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Gainsight platform to support our customer success team. You will ensure the system is effectively utilized, address user issues, and work closely with various stakeholders to align Gainsight functionalities with business goals. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**: - Platform Management: - Configure and maintain Gainsight to meet the evolving needs of the organization. - Ensure system stability, performance, and security. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles. - Customization & Integration: - Develop and implement customizations such as dashboards, reports, CTAs, Playbooks, surveys, etc., - Integrate Gainsight with other systems and tools (e.g., CRM, support systems). User Support & Training: - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Gainsight users. - Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on Gainsight features and best practices. - Data Management & Reporting: - Monitor and manage data quality, including data imports, exports, and cleansing. - Create and generate reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators. Continuous Improvement: - Stay current with Gainsight updates, new features, and industry trends. - Propose and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Collaboration: - Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand their needs and translate them into Gainsight solutions. - Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and data flow. **WHAT YOU BRING**: - Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Gainsight Administrator or in a similar role. - Experience with customer success software or CRM systems is a plus. - Skills: - Proficiency in Gainsight platform functionalities and best practices. - Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with data management and reporting tools. - Certifications (preferred): - Gainsight Administrator Certification or relevant certifications. **If required for this role, you will**: - Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter - Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): > Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy > Incident Response Policy/Procedures > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures > Mobile Device Policy > Account Management Policy > Access Control Policy > Personnel Security Policy > Privacy Policy Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
