**1. Housekeeping Management**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across classrooms, washrooms, corridors, reception, playgrounds, and all common areas.
- Monitor daily cleaning schedules and duty rosters of housekeeping staff.
- Maintain stock and timely replenishment of housekeeping materials (cleaning agents, mops, tissue rolls, etc.).
- Conduct weekly and monthly cleanliness audits.
- Ensure pest control and waste disposal systems are timely and effective.
**KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**:
- 100% adherence to daily cleaning schedules.
- No cleanliness-related complaints from departments or parents.
- Monthly housekeeping audit score ≥ 90%.
**2. Security Management**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise all security personnel and ensure proper deployment at school gates and key areas.
- Maintain entry-exit registers for staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Ensure CCTV cameras are functional and recordings are backed up regularly.
- Conduct safety drills and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies for security staff and equipment maintenance.
**KPIs**:
- Zero security breaches or incidents.
- CCTV uptime ≥ 98%.
- Monthly security audit conducted and documented.
**3. Transport Management**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operation of school buses including routing, timing, and punctuality.
- Ensure compliance with RTO norms and school safety guidelines (first-aid box, GPS, CCTV, fire extinguisher, driver verification, etc.).
- Maintain updated records of vehicle insurance, PUC, fitness, and driver licenses.
- Address and resolve parent/student transport-related grievances promptly.
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle maintenance and replacements.
**KPIs**:
- Zero transport safety violations.
- Bus punctuality rate ≥ 95%.
- All vehicle documents up to date and verified monthly.
**4. Infrastructure & Maintenance**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise upkeep and maintenance of classrooms, labs, furniture, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair and renovation work.
- Maintain asset registers and ensure timely AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) renewals.
- Ensure readiness of infrastructure for events and inspections.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules.
**KPIs**:
- 100% AMC compliance.
- Zero breakdown complaints pending beyond 24 hours.
- Preventive maintenance schedule adherence ≥ 90%.
**5. General Administration**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain records of admin staff attendance and performance.
- Oversee purchase and inventory of admin and office supplies.
- Support in organizing school events, meetings, and functions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and administrative norms.
**KPIs**:
- Timely procurement with cost optimization.
- Zero audit or compliance remarks.
- Smooth execution of all school events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
