JOB REQUISITES

Role Summary

The Quality Advisor works closely and reports to the Quality Manager (India). This person will drive the development, maintenance and continual improvement of all Quality processes, will be responsible for the Business Management System and the analysis of quality data for administrative support and coordination for Statistical Quality Reporting. This person will also ensure quality compliance and liaise with Project and Support team where required, closely work with the Quality manager and supports in all reporting and sharepoint maintenance needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document Management on BMS

Documentation & SharePoint Management: Document data analysis, Document management and control on SharePoint, responsible for updating, managing and uploading documents on SharePoint.
- Maintenance and management of Business Management System (BMS) SharePoint site.
- Ability to communicate
- Updates and maintains files including Master Document List (MDL)
- Revises and/or creates documents in the Management system as required. Point of contact for all document creation and/or revision.
- Ensures Quality Control of documents and records are maintained in accordance with the approved quality procedures.
- Supports the project/business team in document and report formatting.

- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data using statistical techniques and software to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Monitor data quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize data processes.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to management clearly and understandably.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, anomalies, and discrepancies, and propose solutions to address them effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data quality and analysis, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and processes.

Experience
- Overall 8 to 10 years experience, 4 years minimum in Quality Assurance, Document Management and reporting. (added advantage will be knowledge on analytics and analytic tools like Power BI, MS Excel, Big Data, Document Management Systems etc.)
- Thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience in using digital automation. Use of Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint Visio and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of document management systems - EDMS
- Use of Quality management tools for root cause analysis, improvement and data reporting.
- Understanding of Risk Management (Risk-Based approach)
- Flexible approach to managing, prioritizing and delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal English.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering) in an Information Technology related discipline
