**Criteria**
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in science education is a plus.
- Certification: Valid teaching certification for the relevant grade levels.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting preferred, especially in science education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and teach a comprehensive science curriculum aligned
with state and national educational standards for primary grades [specify grades, e.g., 1-5].
- Lesson Planning: Create and execute innovative lesson plans that engage students and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that
encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Assessment: Assess student learning through various methods and provide timely feedback to
support their educational growth.
