Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. - **Support Group Facilitation**:Organize and lead support groups or therapy sessions for patients and couples undergoing fertility treatments. Create a safe and supportive environment where patients can share experiences, provide mutual support, and receive guidance. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments, counseling sessions, and treatment plans.
