Emergency Medical Officer(Mbbs)

Description
- Provide timely and effective emergency medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Formulate and implement appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings and established protocols.
- Perform emergency medical procedures as necessary, including but not limited to resuscitation, wound management, and stabilizing critically ill or injured patients.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and discharge instructions.
- Provide medical supervision and support to junior medical staff, including interns, residents, and medical students, as appropriate.
