The Counsellor is granted the authority to:
Utilize counselling techniques, approaches, and interventions within their professional expertise and training.

Recommend or provide referrals to other specialized professionals or resources based on clients' needs.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in handling client information and cases.

Make decisions regarding the appropriate counselling methods and techniques to employ for each client.

REPORTING The Counsellor reports to a business development executive within the counselling department or relevant organization.

They may be required to provide periodic reports on their counselling activities, progress, and outcomes.

The reporting may include:
Number of counselling sessions conducted.

Key themes or issues addressed in counselling sessions.

Clients' progress and achievements toward their counselling goals.

Challenges or concerns encountered in the counselling process. Recommendations for improvement or adjustments to counselling strategies.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year
