**Job Description: Educational Sales Representative/ Academic**
**Counsellor**
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join
our team as an Educational Sales Representative. In this role, you will be
responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services to
individuals, schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**:
- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through research,networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential students,showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our educational solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services,staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
**Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as school administrators, curriculum coordinators, and teachers, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development,and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our products.
**Sales Process Management**:
- Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and effectively prioritize sales activities to maximize sales conversion rates.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to sales management,highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
**Customer Support**:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction, identify up selling or cross-selling opportunities, and secure repeat business.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field(preferred).
- Proven experience in educational sales or a related field, with a track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of educational products and services.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the education industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, attend conferences, and industry events as needed.
**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
