**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available courses.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and connect students with counsellors when needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in [Insert relevant languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach.

**Salary**: up to 25000

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring motivated and empathetic Student Counsellors to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The role involves personal counselling sessions and converting leads into admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
- Understand the students’ educational background, interests, and goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and follow up on leads generated by the telecalling team.
- Maintain student records and admission documentation.
- Support the admissions process and achieve enrolment targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in academic counselling or educational sales is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and motivate students effectively.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
