**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintaining Client Relationships**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to successfully convert leads into clients.
- **Educational Guidance**: Provide students with comprehensive advice regarding the educational courses and programs required for specific career paths.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system and maintain other relevant records.
- **Event Organisation**: Actively organise and participate in on-campus and off-campus events and functions related to career counselling.
- **Effective Inquiry Handling**: Ensure efficient handling of queries and walk-ins through effective counselling techniques.
- **Deadline-Oriented**: Work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forwarding them to the Branch Sales Manager or Branch Head.
- **Sales Growth**: Take overall responsibility for driving sales growth within the branch.
- **Adapting to Changes**: Stay updated on new counselling methods and approaches to enhance business growth for the assigned branch.
- **Lead Generation**: Initiate new lead generation activities, including follow-up calls after counselling sessions.
- **Supporting Sales Team**: Collaborate with the sales team to support seminars and workshops.
- **Walk-in Management**: Align walk-ins from telecallers and actively invite walk-ins from the data source.
- **Increasing Walk-ins**: Take ownership of increasing walk-in inquiries at the branch by personally engaging in this effort.
- **Productivity**: Justify daily productivity through a combination of counselling, client calls, and referral generation from the market.
- **Building Connections**: Establish and maintain connections with influencers and seek referrals for generating inquiries.
- **Career Proposals**: Propose career-related options to clients as needed.
- **Training Telecallers**: If required, provide training and guidance to telecallers to increase walk-in inquiries.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
