**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students experiencing personal, social, academic, or emotional challenges.
- Assist students in developing coping strategies, time management skills, and goal-setting techniques.
- Identify at-risk students and implement early intervention strategies.
- Maintain confidential and accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on mental health, stress management, and career guidance.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student concerns and support holistic development.
- Refer students to external professionals or agencies when specialized or long-term support is needed.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive school culture that values mental wellness.
- Stay informed of the latest counselling techniques, mental health trends, and educational policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Certification or license as a school counsellor (if applicable by local regulations).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student or school counselling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counselling practices.
- Familiarity with child and adolescent development.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in an educational setting.
- Training in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care.
- Multilingual abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in a school, college, or university environment.
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours for events or crisis response.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
