The Campus Supervisor will assist the Campus Administrator in overseeing the day-to-day operations related to facilities and maintenance of the university and hostel premises. This role ensures a safe, clean, and functional environment for students, faculty, and staff while maintaining compliance with university policies and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facilities Management**:

- Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of classrooms, laboratories, libraries, hostels, and other campus facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, installations, and maintenance work.

**Maintenance Coordination**:

- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and housekeeping personnel.
- Ensure that maintenance activities are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and associated costs.

**Safety & Security**:

- Assist in implementing campus safety protocols and addressing any potential hazards.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure the safety of the premises and compliance with fire safety norms.

**Hostel Management Support**:

- Coordinate with the Hostel Warden for facility-related requirements and timely resolution of student grievances.
- Ensure the availability of basic amenities like water, electricity, and hygiene supplies.

**Inventory & Supplies**:

- Maintain an inventory of essential supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure timely procurement and proper usage of resources.

**Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with external vendors for maintenance contracts, service agreements, and cost negotiations.

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with university policies and legal regulations for campus facilities.
- Provide regular reports to the Campus Administrator on operational issues and improvement plans.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facilities management or campus operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
