**Job Discerption**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce operations and digital marketing, providing an excellent opportunity for learning and professional growth in the rapidly evolving e-commerce industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**: Assist in managing and updating product listings, descriptions, and images on our e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy, completeness, and optimal presentation.
- **Order Processing**: Support the order fulfillment process by verifying orders, processing payments, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of products to customers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics, using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- **Content Creation**: Contribute ideas and assist in creating engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and other digital marketing channels to enhance the online shopping experience and drive customer engagement.
- **Inventory Management**: Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and updating inventory records to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate with a focus on business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time - Internship

**Salary**: ₹5000 per month

Working days : 6days(Monday to Saturday)
