
Family Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
**Budgeting and Accounting**:
Track and manage household expenses, including bill payments, budgeting, and record-keeping
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for family members.
**Travel and Event Management**:
Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure all details are accurately planned and communicated.
Assist with organizing family events and gatherings, including catering and logistics management.
**Administrative and Home Services Management**:
Manage and oversee home services, including internet connections, phone plans, and other utilities.
Coordinate with family office staff to ensure seamless communication and alignment on tasks.
**Research and Administrative Support**:
Carry out research for the principals and manage ad-hoc projects as and when required by the family
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in accounting, business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
Knowledge of real estate management is an advantage.

Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Comfortable performing routine tasks daily and maintaining consistency.
Must be a self-starter who takes initiative without constant supervision.
A friendly, approachable demeanor, capable of working closely with family members and staff.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
