Family Office Administrator

Correspondence and communication of information to family members

Managing salaries and hiring of domestic staff

Oversee and reconcile all purchases, vendors and service providers

Budgeting for all family expenses (day-to-day items, Travel, etc.)

Organize business and private travel, including arranging visas, travel, accommodation and restaurants, entertainment as required.

Oversee the maintenance and refurbishment of all properties across multiple locations

Carry out research for the principals and manage ad-hoc projects as and when required by the family

Managing and optimizing home services
- Ex: Internet connections, Phone plans, etc

Preparing and analyzing monthly and periodic reports for family members, budgets and supporting schedules.

Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement

Identify issues or areas of concern that require immediate attention

Coordinating with Family office staff

Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vastrapur, Ahmedabad - 380054, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
