**Job Title**:Office Administrator

**Job Purpose**:We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator who will be accountable for various administrative duties.

**Qualification**:Any IT Graduate
**Experience**:0.6 - 1 Year

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Managing records and databases, and ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
- Providing general administrative support to employees as needed.
- Monitoring regularly the work pattern of each employee.
- Reviewing the employee management system software as per guidance.
- Call/Message employees to pass on information.
- Summarize important reports and provide them to management for further analysis.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office, and Google Sheets.
