**Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design & User Experience**:

- Create **wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups** using tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch**.
- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis** to enhance design decisions.
- Develop and maintain **design systems, style guides, and reusable components**.
- Optimize designs for **mobile responsiveness and accessibility**.
- Stay updated with **UI/UX trends, design technologies, and industry best practices**.

**Website Development & WordPress Customization**:

- Design and develop **fully responsive WordPress websites** that align with UI/UX best practices.
- Customize and modify **WordPress themes and plugins** as per project requirements.
- Implement **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP** to enhance website functionality and design.
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and **SEO best practices**.
- Troubleshoot and debug website issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with **developers, content teams, and marketing teams** to improve website performance.
- Optimize website speed, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and **enhance the user experience**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a **UI/UX Designer & Website Developer** with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in **WordPress**, including theme customization and plugin development.
- Strong knowledge of **UI/UX design principles** and tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision**.
- **Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP**.
- Experience in **responsive and mobile-friendly design**.
- Understanding of **SEO, website speed optimization, and security best practices**.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to **work independently** and meet deadlines.
- **Excellent English communication skills** (written and verbal).
