Responsibilities:
UI Design: Create visually engaging, modern, and user-friendly designs that adhere to brand guidelines.

UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate design concepts and user flows.

Front-End Development: Code clean, responsive, and well-structured websites using HTML and CSS to turn designs into functional web pages.

WordPress Development: Implement designs into WordPress websites, customizing themes and templates as needed to achieve the desired user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as envisioned.

Design Systems & Consistency: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.

Performance Optimization: Ensure designs are optimized for performance, including responsive behavior across various screen sizes and devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Figma: Must be able to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

Strong HTML & CSS Skills: Advanced understanding and practical experience of front-end web technologies (HTML and CSS) to implement responsive, pixel-perfect designs.

Experience with WordPress: Hands-on experience in designing and developing websites on WordPress, including customizing themes and templates.

UI/UX Design Experience: Solid understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and mobile-first design.

Responsive Web Design: Ability to design and code responsive websites that adapt across devices and screen sizes.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring designs are accurate and maintain a high level of quality.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Pay: ₹10,764.46 - ₹35,000.00 per month
