Ensuring all the delivery associates perform efficiently and diligently to provide first-class services to the clients. Coordinating and guiding the delivery associates to ensure the effective and smooth functioning of the on-demand operational processes.

Driver's Support
- Inbound - Answering all the queries and concerns of the delivery associates and acting as a point of contact for any rider related issues and escalating to the concerned department.
- Outbound - Calling, coordinating, and guiding delivery associates and taking necessary measures to avoid customer dissatisfaction or delays in deliveries caused due to controlled/uncontrolled circumstances.

Operational Support
- Managing the entire process from order generation till order delivery through In-house tracking software.
- Taking regular feedback from the team leaders about the delivery associates in their allocated zones.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of all orders by tracking every single order.

Reporting
- Sharing rider s performance on daily basis and monitoring low performers for achieving excellence.

**Qualifications**:
Job Requirements / Desired skills set
- Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Be able and willing to work to flexible schedules/shifts and commit the time required to get the job done.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the roads and routes in various emirates of UAE.
- Ability to develop a strong understanding of company processes and standards in all areas of technology delivery.
- Must possess strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal skills to manage frontline staff.
- Computer literate particularly with MS office suite.
