**Sales Executive Project Business - Building Material (Gypsum Board & Accessories Industry)**

CTC: 2.4 - 6.6 Lacs Per Annum

**Job Description**:
1. Aggressive to find the new opportunities/leads in the Construction Industry and Building Material Industry.
2. Converting leads to orders.
3. Maintaining good relation with existing clients and getting regular business.
4. Meetings Developers, Architects, Consultants and other parties related to construction industry to promote and get the business.
5. Meeting Purchase Manager, Technical Design-Head or Director to get information about on-Going projects.
6. Providing necessary Technical support & Quotations to Clients.
7. Negotiating with clients on prices and getting orders, then placing order from Head Quarter as well as warehouse.
8. Order follow up & Payments.

9. Experience in building materials industry will be an added advantage.
