**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Manage inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability as per requirements.

Notify staff members of scheduled appointments and meetings.
- Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Communication:
Communicate effectively with visitors, clients, and staff members.

Relay messages accurately and promptly to the intended recipients.

Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services.
- Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pleasant and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Fluency in additional languages (optional but preferred).

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
