**Position Overview**: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join

FindMeTechie’s team. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and promote our IT products and services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Strategy and Planning**: o Collaborate with the team to develop a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience. o Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform content planning.

2. **Content Creation**: o Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, that showcase our IT solutions, services, and innovations. o Develop a consistent brand voice and style that resonates with our audience.

3. **Platform Management**: o Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, such as

4. **Audience Engagement**: o Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly while maintaining a professional tone. o Foster meaningful interactions by initiating conversations, posing questions, and encouraging user-generated content.

5. **Community Building**: o Build and nurture an active and engaged online community around our brand by joining relevant groups, forums, and discussions. o Identify and collaborate with influencers and advocates to amplify our message.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**: o Track and analyze the performance of social media content using appropriate tools. o Provide regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improving content effectiveness.

7. **Ad Campaigns**: o Collaborate with the advertising team to create and manage paid social media campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.

8. **Stay Updated**: o Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in social media, content creation, and IT industry developments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh content ideas.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is a plus.
- Analytical Skills to understand trends in customer engagement
