Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes travel and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate can turn destinations into dreams through engaging videos, reels, and visual stories that inspire people to travel with us.

Key Responsibilities


• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos and photos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.


• Capture behind-the-scenes and destination highlights creatively.


• Stay updated on social media trends, sounds, and viral formats.


• Brainstorm and execute campaign ideas that align with the brand's tone and marketing goals.


• Write catchy, brand-aligned captions and hooks.


• Work closely with the design and sales teams to create content that drives engagement and conversions.


• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms.


• Track engagement metrics and suggest ideas for growth and performance improvement.

Requirements


• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.


• Strong skills in shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.


• Good understanding of what works on Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.


• Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative ideas independently.


• A passion for travel, trends, and storytelling.
