Key Responsibilities of a Continental CDP:

- **Food Production and Preparation**:
Preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes according to recipes and standards.
- **Station Management**:
Overseeing and managing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, braised meats, or fish.
- **Quality Control**:
Ensuring the quality and consistency of food preparation, including taste, presentation, and portioning.
- **Team Leadership and Training**:
Supervising and training junior staff, such as commis chefs, and ensuring they adhere to food hygiene and safety guidelines.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
- **Menu Development**:
Assisting in menu development, creating new dishes, and implementing changes.
- **Cost Control**:
Monitoring portion sizes and waste to ensure profitability.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Strong Culinary Skills**: Expertise in continental cuisine, including a broad understanding of cooking techniques and flavors.
- **Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation**: Understanding and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations.
- **Leadership and Communication Skills**: Ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff.
- **Organizational and Time Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- **Experience**: Typically requires several years of experience in a professional kitchen, including experience as a Commis Chef or other line cook roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
