**Job Title: Accounting Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including **general ledger entries** and **trial balance reconciliation**.
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely **ledger matching** for financial transactions.
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable** and process payments in compliance with company policies.
- Record and organize financial transactions in the **bookkeeping system**.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and other reports as needed.
- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Adhere to local and international accounting standards and company financial guidelines.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, ledger matching, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in **accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP)**.
- Strong knowledge of **bookkeeping principles and financial management**.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification (e.g., **CPA, CMA, or equivalent**) is a plus.
