**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Intern at ResourceDekho, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team by creating engaging content, driving social media engagement, and developing creative visuals. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative company that values creativity and initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Engagement**: Assist in managing our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), engaging with followers, and implementing strategies to boost interaction and brand visibility.
- **Creative Design**: Design impactful graphics, infographics, and banners using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., to support our marketing campaigns and promotions.
- **Campaign Assistance**: Support the marketing team in the development of digital campaigns, including promotions, events, and content series.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and engagement tactics to suggest strategies that drive growth.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on social media and content performance metrics, helping to refine our marketing strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and basic knowledge of engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms.
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
