**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Accounting**: Process and record sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **GST Returns Filing**: Prepare and file monthly and annual GST returns, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with tax regulations.
- **TDS Returns Filing**: Calculate, prepare, and file TDS returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **E-Invoice Management**: Generate and manage e-invoices, ensuring they meet legal requirements and are correctly transmitted to the GST portal.
- **E-Way Bill Management**: Create and manage e-way bills for the transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely updates.
- **Inventory Accounting**: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, valuations, and discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports related to warehouse operations, providing insights into sales performance and inventory management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and accounting standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
