**Position**: Lead Generation Executive
**Location**: Uttam Nagar East, West Delhi
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Shift Timing**: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
**Travel Requirement**: Self-travel

Kalp Solutions, an international BPO, is looking for a motivated **Lead Generation Executive** to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, identifying qualified leads, and contributing to our business development objectives. We seek individuals with a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with international clients effectively. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to a year of experience in similar roles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow a pre-defined script and generate lead for UK process
- Initiate outbound calls to connect with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific business requirements and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system accurately and consistently.
- Follow up on leads and document client interactions and outcomes effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- **Education**: UG/Graduate (in any field).
- **Location Preference: West Delhi**
