**Job Description - Fashion Stylist/Consultant/Sales Executive**
**Reporting to : Assistant Manager / Manager**

CAI believes in prioritizing customer satisfaction to create fashion-forward styles with impeccable quality.
To become a household name in the entire country, by having Cai on every woman's feet. To grow 10 fold in the next 2 years by being present in a big way online and offline. Introducing new categories to broaden our horizon and portfolio. To be the leader in our own space and category.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Greetings, Grooming and Customer Service - To ensure he/she is well groomed and ensure proper greetings to customers. Also needs to attend and resolve all customers queries related to CAI product.
- Individual brand targets achievement - To ensure targets monthly given are achieved whether its brand specific or overall contribution.
- Individual targets - To ensure month on month targets are met.
- Product, Price and Offer Knowledge - She/He will be trained on the product so they can converse with customers for conversions and pitching.
- Customer probing and conversions - To ensure detailed probing and pitching the right to customers leading to Customer Satisfaction as well as closing the sales.
**Qualification **: Any Graduation
**Skills & Knowledge Required**: Sales and Marketing Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Customer
Service Skills, Product Knowledge, Genuine Enthusiasm for the Company and Product, Empathic Attitude,
Ability to Adapt & Prioritize Across Multiple Tasks and Unexpected Situations, Active Listening and Trust
- Building.
**Experience**: 0-5 Years of Experience in Retails sales
**Working Hours**: Rotational shifts, working on weekends with an off on weekdays. 6 days working
**Location**: Palladium Mall, Lower Parel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
