Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook Japanese and Indian dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of Asian and multi-cuisine dishes for all-day dining.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet the highest standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef, specializing in Japanese and Indian cuisine preferred.
- Knowledge of Asian and multi-cuisine dishes for all-day dining.
- Culinary diploma or relevant certification.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
