Record customer payments received, ensuring proper allocation to corresponding invoices.
- **Accounts Receivable Monitoring**:
Regularly review aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- **Customer Contact**:

- **Dispute Resolution**:
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors raised by customers.
- **Credit Limit Management**:
Monitor customer credit limits and assess creditworthiness for new customers.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
Generate reports on accounts receivable trends, including aging analysis and collection performance metrics.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations regarding billing and collection practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly related to accounts receivable.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with knowledge of drug distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers regarding payment collections.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and CRM systems to manage customer accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for timely collections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
